Quinta de Soalheiro and Quinta de Folga are two pioneer’s projects, the first in the Alvarinho grape
and the second in the rediscovery of the smoked pork from Bisaro in the county of Melgaço.

Quinta de Soalheiro and Quinta de Folga are included in the Vinho Verde Alvarinho route offering guided
tours for groups by reservation, with possibility of lunch at Quinta de Folga (menus available by consultation).
