Included in the basket are three types of fumeiro, traditional smoked meats made from the bísaro breed of pig. The fumeiro is produced by Quinta de Folga, where the pigs are raised in an ecological and sustainable way. The subtle sweetness of the pumpkin jam, also homemade at Quinta de Folga, is an excellent complement to the intense flavour of the meat but can also pair well with your favourite cheese. These traditional flavours match perfectly with Clássico, our most emblematic wine made from 100% Alvarinho.
